What payment methods do you accept?
Through PayPal we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. We also accept cheques from UK customers.
What name will appear on my bill?
The name on your bill will be Shalak.
Shipping
We ship internationally. You should see the available shipping options to your country as you go through the checkout process. Depending on your delivery location and order size, your order may be subject to import taxes imposed by the country of delivery. If your country does have taxes on imports, these import taxes are not covered by the postage charge on your order with Shalak, and you will be required to pay them to receive your package.

Order Dissatisfaction
Should you be dissatisfied with your order or receive the wrong item. Please contact us immediately with your order number and we will arrange for you to return your goods for a full refund.
Returns
Unworn, unwashed tshirts can be exchanged within 28 days of delivery. Located at the bottom of the packing slip included with your order are instructions for exchange. If you no longer have the packing slip, you can email us at orders@shalak.co.uk and we can let you know how to exchange your item.
Changing orders after they are placed
If you made a mistake whilst placing your order, or would just like to change something, please email us at orders@shalak.co.uk and let us know. If at this point of contact your order has not been shipped, we should be able to make the change for you. Please include the order number (if you have it), the name the order was placed under, the email address used for the order, and what you would like changed.
I haven't received my confirmation email
Some email providers routinely block unknown email addresses. You can check your spam folder to see if the email arrived there. If you are unable to find it there, you can email orders@Shalak.com and we will confirm that the order was placed.
Out of stock items
We keep all tshirts in stock but sometimes temporarily run out of a certain size of a design. We will send you an email right away notifying you of any out of stock situation. We will usually get the tshirt back in stock within a week.
Stock
Often our newly promoted tshirts are not yet in stock, hence the discount for pre-ordering. This is always noted in the description. If you order a design that is up for pre-order, expect it to be delayed 1 to 2 weeks. If your order contains one or more shirts that are out of stock, then it will not typically be shipped out until all the tshirts are in stock.
Do you sell tshirts wholesale?
